About Lisa Williams
Lisa Williams has been immersed in the complex environment of the healthcare system, guiding organizations through their unique challenges, for over 21 years. Lisa understands the important role that healthcare organizations play in people’s daily lives; it is her love, her passion.
Lisa is stimulated by the challenge of bringing diverse people and ideas together to create a better experience for all those involved in the healthcare system, from healthcare administrators to patients, from doctors to nurses. Lisa's favorite part of her work is witnessing her clients’ reaction after they have achieved a goal they always thought was unattainable! Some of her successes include:

Lisa’s management and consulting experience include small, as well as large, complex healthcare environments, while emphasizing thoroughness, collaboration and positive creativity. Lisa has taught college courses such as management communications, research methods and statistics, and organizational theory and behavior. She also served on a governor-appointed state board that provides regulatory oversight to nursing home administrators.
Qualifications and Experience
Prior to her consulting career, Lisa served as the Hospital Administrator for Group Health Cooperative’s two-hospital system and East King County Project Director, the Assistant Administrator of the University of Mississippi Medical Center and Administrator at Jaquith Nursing Home. She has also worked with organizations such as Overlake Hospital Medical Center, Group Health Permanente, Providence Health System and the Mississippi Department of Mental Health.
Lisa’s qualifications include a Masters in Public Policy and Administration, Nursing Home Administrator License, Bachelors in Business Administration, and Graduate of the John C. Stennis Institute for Government Executives.
